Last year, I had the wonderful privilege of writing a song with my friend Vivian to celebrate her mother’s love. You can read about the experience here.
This year, Vivian and her amazing mother were featured on the Straits Times news during Mother’s day. The news team made a video of Vivian’s relationship with her mother, featuring the daily sacrifices that her mother makes behind-the-scenes.
The song we wrote together last year also became the soundtrack to her video.
It was so beautiful and her mother is in Vivian’s words, “the true star”.
